When not assisting clients and realtors during the lending process, Jason can be found spending time with his family. As a husband and father of six, quality time is cherished and enjoyed. Most of this time is spent outdoors enjoying the beauty that North Idaho has to offer through riding dirt bikes, backpacking, and fishing. When a night in is needed, there is nothing he loves more than cooking a delicious meal, watching a movie suggested by his lovely wife of 17 years, and playing games with his kids.

Brian’s approach to lending was shaped years before he entered the industry. With two decades of experience as a US Marine in Presidential Security Forces and later in intelligence, he learned to listen closely, pay attention to details, think several steps ahead, and work with integrity. He continued serving in the USMC Reserve while studying neuroscience at Claremont McKenna College, a combination that set the stage in how he works today: make the complex understandable, watch for issues early, and keep communication steady so clients can make confident decisions.

Brian is known for his no-pressure, client-first mindset as he helps people navigate large financial decisions by breaking things down clearly and keeping the process grounded. With nearly ten years of experience across mortgage origination, compliance, and daily operations, he understands how transactions move and where clients need clarity the most. Those who work with him often describe him as patient and thorough, someone who takes responsibility for the details and makes the next steps easy to see. He is especially mindful when working with veterans, experiencing the process first-hand prior to entering the lending world.

Away from work, Brian is spending time with his family…mostly outdoors tending to their chickens, goats, and donkey, or milling lumber for the next project. It is a hands-on lifestyle that keeps him grounded in the values that guide everything he does: purpose, discipline, and doing things the right way.
