Maddog Mike Hobbs is a mortgage broker, professional marketer, former radio personality, author, business owner, and business coach whose passion leads him to help entrepreneurs, business owners, and realtors grow revenue while acquiring, engaging, collaborating and retaining customers.

Mike acquired his marketing education at CSUDH in 1984 and then furthered his learning experience by graduating Magna Cum Laude in e-Marketing from Ashford University, Forbes School of Business in 2017. Mike recently authored the eBook, Grow Your Business – “5 Things Every Realtor Needs to Stand Out and Be Memorable.”

What with Carla’s nearly four decades in the mortgage lending industry, she is not just a provider of financial solutions – she is a partner dedicated to advocating for each client’s best interests.

Carla’s career journey, spanning from Credit Union beginnings to Bank Manager and leading teams in non-QM lending, has always centered around finding personalized solutions that truly benefit you…her client. During her time as a VP of Business Development, Carla led initiatives to connect banks and credit unions with strategies that empower them to better serve their communities, especially through innovative Affinity programs.
